Dave Greenberg is a keynote speaker and trainer who specialises in crisis management, organisational resilience, and creating high-performing teams in complex, high-stress environments. Dave brings extensive experience in these areas, after completing nearly 4,000 missions across a 25-year career working on a rescue helicopter in New Zealand.

 

He was also part of New Zealand's National Covid-19 Response Team, using his operational and strategic expertise to help coordinate the response to COVID-19 outbreaks. This role saw him regularly attending and briefing senior members of government, including the Prime Minister and Cabinet. He is the author of Emergency Response : Life, Death and Helicopters, which was published by Penguin NZ.

 

Today, Dave works with organisations of all sizes to ensure they are crisis-ready and able to avoid the chaos and overwhelm usually associated with crisis. He is based in Wellington, New Zealand, but regularly travels to Australia and the USA.
